    La formación integral de docentes para la Educación Técnica y Profesional constituye una de las prioridades del tercer perfeccionamiento de la Educación Superior, la cual debe asumir la cultura histórica de la profesión y el avance tecnológico de la industria de la Construcción, al incorporar los saberes profesionales en la dirección del proceso de formación de los técnicos y obreros de las especialidades de la construcción. Esta propuesta consiste en revelar en los antecedentes de la enseñanza de la historia de las construcciones, insuficiencias y potencialidades educativas de la formación de un Licenciado en Educación Construcción que responda a las exigencias sociales y al mercado de trabajo, a través de métodos científicos como la sistematización teórica, la observación y la entrevista.

    The integral formation of teachers for the Technical and Professional Education constitutes one of the priorities of the third improvement of Higher Education, which must assume the historical culture of the profession and the technological advance of the Construction industry by incorporating professional knowledge in the management of the training process for technicians and workers in construction specialties. This proposal consists of revealing in the background of the teaching of the history of constructions, insufficiencies and educational potentialities of the formation of a Bachelor of Construction Education that responds to social demands and the labor market, through scientific such as theoretical systematization, observation and interview.
