El método tradicional de enseñanza, que en la escuela consiste en enseñanza frontal y teoría basada en libros, está siendo reemplazada cada vez más por herramientas digitales avanzadas. En la actualidad, estas herramientas están basadas en la economía de la información y su disponibilidad y, sobre todo, en proveer a los niños un abundante material educativo, adaptado al método de pensar, entender y analizar. Los estudiantes de hoy pertenecen a una generación que no investiga publicaciones, quieren información instantánea de fuentes que ellos consideran confiables. ¿Cómo adaptarse a este nuevo perfil de estudiante? Digitalizando la enseñanza por completo o tomando las de los principios básicos de la enseñanza (discusión heurística, investigación de campo, prácticas), y crear una combinación de lo mejor de los dos métodos, componiendo un modelo educativo híbrido. Students nowadays consist of generations who do not research publications, they want instant information that they understand to be accurate, in itself. How to adapt to thisnew student profile? Digitize teaching completely or take over the basic principles of traditional teaching(heuristic discussion, fieldwork, practical work…) and create a combination of the best of modern andtraditional approaches to create teaching in a hybrid form. To find the best solution, today more andmore digital tools, the so-called teaching assistants (Kahoot, Nearpod, Padlet, Plickers, Socrative, Quizizz, Quizlet, Testmoz, ThingLink …) can be found on the Internet and they are very helpful in designingclasses, regardless of the type of the class- new lesson, revision or practice.
