  Por cuanto la relación que existe entre la Liderazgo directivo y el desempeño docente, es muy importante para la calidad de la enseñanza aprendizaje decidimos realizar esta investigación para analizar la situación en la Institución Educativa 2068 José María Arguedas. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo y diseño correlacional, en una muestra de 40 docentes y utilizando el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman para la el análisis inferencial luego de recoger los datos en dos cuestionarios validados por 3 jueces expertos y medir la confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente de Cronbach  concluimos que efectivamente existe relación moderada significativa entre la Liderazgo directivo y el desempeño docente a juzgar por los resultados de acuerdo con el coeficiente de Rho Spearman (r = .512), y un grado de significancia (p = .001<.05). por lo que, si existe Liderazgo directivo en la institución, mejor será el desarrollo de los profesores.

  Regarding the relationship that exists between directive leadership and teaching performance, very important for the quality of teaching-learning, we decided to carry out this investigation to analyze the situation in the Educational Institution 2068 José María Arguedas. Through a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method and correlational design, in a sample of 40 teachers and using Spearman's Rho statistician for the inferential analysis after collecting the data in two questionnaires validated by 3 expert judges and reliability measured by Using the Cronbach coefficient, we conclude that there is indeed a moderately significant relationship between managerial leadership and teacher performance, judging by the results according to the Rho Spearman coefficient (r = .512), and a level of significance (p = .001<.05 ). Therefore, if there is managerial leadership in the institution, the higher the performance of the teachers will be.
