The aim of this study is to compare three bioceramic materials in retrograde seals, evaluating theirmicrofiltration using transparent ink on diaphanized parts through a stereomicroscope. Forty freshly extractedsingle-rooted teeth were used, which were standardized to 16 mm. Root canal treatment was performedon them, and 3 mm were cut from their root tip, and were prepared with ultrasound. They were randomlydivided into three groups and were filled with Biodentine®, MTA®, and Root Repair Material®. After applyingStaedtler® ink for 72 hours, we proceeded to transparent and measure them. The results showed that the MTA®was the material presenting less microfiltration followed by Biodentine® and, finally, Root Repair Material.Differences between them were not statistically significant, with an error rate of 95%.
