Jornada “Autonomía privada y límites a su libre ejercicio” como actividad formativa pt6 en “Introducción al Derecho”

    Durante el curso 2015-2016 se celebró la Jornada interdisciplinar “Autonomía privada y límites a su libre ejercicio” dirigida por la Profª Mª Ángeles Parra de la que el autor de esta contribución fue organizador. Esta experiencia de coordinación y enseñanza-aprendizaje se puso en práctica dentro de la asignatura “Introducción al Derecho” que se imparte en primer curso de los Grados de Economía y Marketing, aunque entre los asistentes se contaron alumnos de otras titulaciones. Pretendía la actividad dar a conocer la riqueza del razonamiento jurídico de la mano de especialistas siendo su hilo conductor la autonomía privada, uno delos ejes vertebradores del Derecho privado, materia cursada en todos los grados económico-empresariales. Tuvieron los alumnos la oportunidad de escuchar a expertos de diversas áreas de conocimiento, apreciar su calidad argumentativa, uso de lenguaje técnico, capacidad expositiva y de síntesis así como el intercambiode pareceres. Se acercó al alumno desde casi el primer día a la riqueza y complejidad de la argumentación jurídica, para después poder reproducirla en el aula, y al mismo tiempo iniciarse en tareas de investigación en un entorno profesional y académico, que quizá anticipaba quehaceres futuros.

    During the 2015-2016 academic year the Interdisciplinary Seminar “Private autonomy and limits to its free exercise” was conducted by Civil Chair Mª Ángeles Parra, of which the author of this contribution was an organizer. This experience of coordination and teaching-learning was implemented within the subject “Introduction to Law” taught in the first year of the Economics and Marketing Degrees, although among the attendees were students of other tenures. The activity aimed to let know the richness of legal reasoning in the hands of specialists, with private autonomy as its guiding thread, one of the cornerstones of Private Law, a subject in all economic and business levels. Students had the opportunity to listen to experts from different areas of knowledge, to appreciate their argumentative quality, use of technical language, expository and synthesis capacity as well as the exchange of opinions. He approached the student from almost the first day to the richness and complexity of the legal argumentation, then to be able to reproduce it in the classroom, and at the same time to begin research in a professional and academic environment, which perhaps anticipated future tasks.
