    Para contribuir a solventar las insuficiencias en el tratamiento a las relaciones entre los contenidos químicos y los profesionales, en la formación del Técnico Medio en Agronomía, se elabora el presente artículo. El empleo de métodos del nivel teórico como: analítico-sintético; inductivo-deductivo; hermético-dialéctico e inducción-deducción, permite que se presente como principal resultado, los referentes teóricos, que, a juicio de los autores, fundamentan el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Química y la profesionalización de sus contenidos. Desde las posiciones críticas que se asumen, se comprenden los procesos referidos y se conforma el marco teórico y contextual de la investigación en curso.
