  • Resumen
    • The increasing need of complex, long-lived hard real-time software has led the industry to search more effi cient, secure, safe and cheap ways to develop these systems. In this paper we show a way to combine the abstraction power of the Model Driven Architecture (MDA) with Ada code generation. On one hand, MDA allows to abstract and to make independent the design from the execution platform; on the other hand, Ada 2005 is the preferred programming language for the development of safe, secure and highly concurrent real-time systems.

Automatic code generation allows the design engineer to abstract from the programming language and the hardware platform, making possible to develop quality software in a cheaper, safer and faster manner
