    En la parte elevada de las montañas de Colombia, en el aislado y bello entorno de Encanto, vive una familia peculiar de tres generaciones, los Madrigal, en una casa fantástica construida gracias al poder de la vela mágica que se encarga de preservar el hechizo del hogar y de la comunidad.

    La abuela Alma es la responsable de vigilar que la llama no se apague y se conserve la magia manifestada también en cada uno de sus miembros, otorgándole un don especial cuando cumplen los cinco años de edad. Sin embargo, Mirabel, de modo inexplicable, es la única de los componentes de la familia a quien no se le dotó de esa cualidad. Según parece este hecho debe estar vinculado a la historia de su tío Bruno, desaparecido desde hace años y cuyo don era presagiar el futuro. Cuando Mirabel descubre que unos hechos extraños están poniendo en peligro a Encanto comprende que debe actuar y así salvar la estabilidad de su maravillosa familia y también de la comunidad.

    In the high part of the mountains of Colombia, in the isolated and beautiful environment of Encanto, lives a peculiar family of three generations, the Madrigal, in a fantastic house built thanks to the power of the magic candle that is responsible for preserving the spell of the home and community.

    Grandma Alma is responsible for ensuring that the flame does not go out and that the magic manifested in each of its members is preserved, granting them a special gift when they turn five years old. However, Mirabel, inexplicably, is the only member of the family who was not endowed with that quality. Apparently this fact must be linked to the story of his uncle Bruno, who has been missing for years and whose gift was to predict the future. When Mirabel discovers that some strange events are putting Encanto in danger, she understands that she must act and thus save the stability of her wonderful family and also the community.
