    La gestión del conocimiento propende a configurar el desarrollo y explotación más dinámica, inteligente y eficaz de los recursos no materiales de una estructura, en un momento en que, el talento humano, como agentes únicos operadores del conocimiento, constituyen el sustrato fundamental del desarrollo organizacional inteligente. El objetivo general consistió, en proponer un modelo para la gestión del conocimiento dirigido a Docentes de Educación Superior de la Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (UNES) Estado Táchira, desde una Perspectiva Humanística y Transdisciplinaria. El estudio del conocimiento humano ha sido objeto fundamental de la filosofía y la epistemología desde la época de los griegos, pero en los últimos años se le ha prestado mucha atención por parte de los teóricos en el área gerencial. En la literatura gerencial, no se define el conocimiento desde el punto de vista filosófico, sino más bien desde el punto de vista pragmático. La metodología que sustenta la investigación se enmarcó dentro del paradigma cualitativo, de carácter etnográfico, ya que precisa los rasgos que el investigador necesita para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados, de manera que la investigación que se realizó posea importancia relevante, para la investigación. La misma plantea la participación activa de los actores involucrados, los cuales fueron seleccionados intencionalmente, según la opción de la realidad del medio donde se realizó.  La investigación, planteó que los informantes clave estuvieron conformados por: cuatro (04) docentes de pregrado y cuatro (04) docentes de postgrado. Lo que indicó una población total de ocho (08) informantes clave.

    Knowledge management tends to configure the most dynamic, intelligent and effective development and exploitation of the non-material resources of a structure, at a time when human talent, as sole knowledge-operating agents, constitute the fundamental substrate of organizational development intelligent. The general objective was to propose a model for knowledge management aimed at Higher Education Teachers of the National Experimental University of Security (UNES) State of Táchira, from a Humanistic and Transdisciplinary Perspective. The study of human knowledge has been a fundamental object of philosophy and epistemology since the time of the Greeks, but in recent years it has received much attention from theorists in the management area. In management literature, knowledge is not defined from a philosophical point of view, but rather from a pragmatic point of view. The methodology that supports the research was framed within the qualitative paradigm, of an ethnographic nature, since it specifies the features that the researcher needs to fulfill the stated objectives, so that the research that was carried out has relevant importance for the investigation. It proposes the active participation of the actors involved, who were intentionally selected, according to the option of the reality of the environment where it was carried out. The research stated that the key informants were made up of: four (04) undergraduate teachers and four (04) postgraduate teachers. Which indicated a total population of eight (08) key informants.
