    • Nowadays, the training for a teaching career turns out to be a real challenge and the “coach” of future teachers must follow both the achievement of objectives and the fulfillment of social and emotional needs students have by providing a pleasant working environment and rendering the activity of practice attractive, friendly, not formal. During the teaching practice, the coach will establish adequate interpersonal relationships with students, by capitalizing and supporting their will and capacity to form themselves through their own efforts. The paper proposes some creative actions during the teaching practice, such as video interaction guidance, team-teaching, peer learning, learning by doing a. o.
