Estrategias de inclusión para optimizar la comunicación oral en estudiante de educación superior

    El presente artículo recoge el caso de una estudiante de Educación Superior, que presenta un diagnóstico de disglosia y cursaba la carrera de Comunicación Social. La estudiante presenta dificultades en la comunicación oral, con un lenguaje poco fluido, y dificultades de pronunciación. El diseño de la investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo, utilizando el método inductivo. Se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista y la ficha de observación, con lo cual se evidenció la problemática. Los resultados arrojaron las dificultades de expresión oral y se concluye que la inclusión es un proceso sistemático que debe ser atendido por todos, que en la actualidad hay una variedad de estrategias tanto activas, participativas y tecnológicas específicas en la comunicación oral, que se pueden utilizar para superar las barreras del aprendizaje, queda demostrado que la fuerza y la voluntad, en conjunto con la estrategias de inclusión se pueden lograr grandes desafíos, pero lo más importante es observar que se cumplen los objetivos y el rostro de una alumna satisfecha de sus logros.

    This article collects the case of a higher education student, who presented a diagnosis of diglossia and participated in the Social Communication career. The student presents difficulties in oral communication, with not very fluent language, and pronunciation difficulties. The research design is qualitative, descriptive, using the inductive method. The interview technique and the observation sheet were used, with which the problem was evidenced. The results showed the difficulties of oral expression and it is concluded that inclusion is a systematic process that must be attended by all, that currently there are a variety of strategies both active, participatory and specific technological in oral communication, which can be used To overcome the barriers to learning, it is demonstrated that strength and will, together with the inclusion strategies, great challenges can be achieved, but the most important thing is to observe that the objectives are met and the face of a student satisfied with her achievements.
