    El análisis general de especificaciones propuestas por el Instituto Americano de Arquitectos per se objetivo principal del presente artículo de investigación busca el planteamiento de un innovador esquema de distribuciones de espacios para un tipo de vivienda e institución educativa más seguras mediante la reflexión y aprendizaje post pandémico para edificaciones sostenibles. Entre los fundamentos teóricos que destacan de revisión del naciente estado del arte resalta Osorio-Parraguez et al., (2021), quienes relacionan las situaciones pandémicas con la necesidad de implementar viviendas más seguras para adultos mayores, así como también, Fernández (2020) quien relaciona la arquitectura con los espacios de edificios educativos post COVID-19. La metodología de investigación considera el modelo epistemológico positivista, el método racional de análisis inductivo y la respuesta anticipada defensora de la convicción post pandémica que considera que una adecuada distribución de espacios permite categorizar a un edificio como más seguro mediante un enfoque cualitativo y bajo un alcance exploratorio. Entre los resultados obtenidos en la investigación se distingue que una estratégica distribución de espacio a más de introducir mejoras en la funcionalidad facilita la circulación de aire y la disminución de concentración de patógenos como de carga viral. En la parte conclusiva se logró defender la idea con recursos visuales que transparentan cualidades favorables en la seguridad de una edificación.

    The general analysis of specifications proposed by The American Institute of Architects per se main objective of this research article seeks the approach of an innovative scheme of space distributions for a safer type of housing and educational institution through post-pandemic reflection and learning for sustainable buildings. Among the theoretical foundations that stand out from reviewing the nascent state of the art highlights Osorio-Parraguez et al., (2021), who relate pandemic situations with the need to implement safer housing for older adults, as well as Fernández (2020) who relates architecture with the spaces of educational buildings post COVID-19. The research methodology considers the positivist epistemological model, the rational method of inductive analysis and the anticipated response defending the post-pandemic conviction that considers that an adequate distribution of spaces allows categorizing a building as safer through a qualitative approach and under an exploratory scope. Among the results obtained in the research, it is distinguished that a strategic distribution of space in addition to introducing improvements in functionality facilitates air circulation and the decrease in concentration of pathogens and viral load. In the concluding part it was possible to defend the idea with visual resources that show favorable qualities in the safety of a building.
