Resumen de Flow experiences at work: an approach from tre complexity theory
This thesis presents one theoretical article and three empirical papers on the application of the nonlinear dynamical systems (NDS) theory to the study of flow experiences in the workplace. Overall, the studies included in this thesis challenge the predominant view of studying organizational phenomena from a linear perspective.
