    Este artículo realizo una revisión bibliográfica que incluye el estudio de variables propias al texto, variables del usuario que afectan los resultados finales de la construcción del significado para proponer finalmente unos lineamientos o principios estratégicos tendientes a mejorar la comprensión hipertextual. Su desarrollo se orientó desde la metodología de investigación bibliográfica donde se identificaron fuentes primarias de información que constituyeron el marco teórico, la fundamentación del sistema de categorías y del instrumento diseñado para la organización y sistematización de los datos. Los resultados son producto del proceso de análisis de estas fuentes y responden a cada uno de los objetivos propuestos. Finalmente, se constituye la propuesta que consiste en principios estratégicos que pueden orientar la lectura hipertextual, construidos bajo la articulación de los constructos teóricos y los resultados de análisis.

    The literature review done for conducting this study has to do with the text and user`s variable that has to do with the conclusive results in the construction of meaning and the proposal of guidelines or strategic principles that help to improve the hypertextual understanding. where primary sources of information were identified as constituent elements of the theoretical framework, the foundation of the system of categories and the instrument designed for the organization and systematization of the data. The results are product of the analysis process of these sources and respond to each of the proposed objectives. Finally, the proposal consists of strategic principles that can guide the hypertextual reading, constructed under the articulation of the theoretical constructs and the results of analysis.
