    El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar el uso de la Fanpage de las MYPE del sector textil del emporio de Gamarra en época de pandemia por COVID-19. Para ello se realizó un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y transversal. Se analizó el contenido de las Fanpage de 100 MYPE de este sector. Los resultados muestran que las MYPE seleccionadas no está aprovechando todas las funcionalidades y posibilidades que brinda esta herramienta. Se recomienda publicar más contenidos atractivos como videos; hacer uso de la tienda; realizar promociones e interactuar con mayor frecuencia con los seguidores con la finalidad de fidelizarlos, de esta manera buscar la oportunidad de posicionar su marca e incrementar las ventas.

    The objective of this study was to analyze the use of the Fanpage of the MSEs of the textile sector of the Gamarra emporium in times of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this, a study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental and cross-sectional design was carried out. The content of the Fanpages of 100 MYPE in this sector was analyzed. The results show that the selected MSEs are not taking advantage of all the functionalities and possibilities that this tool offers. It is recommended to publish more attractive content such as videos; make use of the store; carry out promotions and interact more frequently with followers in order to retain them, thus seeking the opportunity to position your brand and increase sales.
