Resumen de Implantación de un modelo integral para la evaluación del prácticum de Magisterio

  El artículo describe la puesta en marcha de un sistema de evaluación para el prácticum de Magisterio en el Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros. El procedimiento desarrollado tiene como objetivo subsanar la insatisfacción con la evaluación del prácticum constatada por múltiples autores. Para ello, se ha partido de las competencias de la materia y se han planteado los criterios de evaluación más adecuados para verificar su adquisición. Se han elaborado diversos instrumentos y materiales específicamente diseñados para valorar esos criterios, se han establecido las ponderaciones de los criterios y los contextos más adecuados para aplicar cada uno de los instrumentos. El sistema ha permitido alinear y correlacionar todos los elementos del proceso y evaluar a los estudiantes con un conjunto de recursos e instrumentos que incorporan mayor rigor y precisión. Finalmente, todos los agentes colaboradores tienen una mayor implicación en la evaluación y pueden participar de su carácter formativo.

  The article describes the implementation of an evaluation program for the student teaching practicums that form part of the Early Childhood and Primary Education degrees at the Centro Universitario Cardenal Cisneros. The objective of the developed procedure is to remedy the dissatisfaction with the practicum expressed by various professionals. To do this, the subject’s competences were used to create the most valid evaluation criteria to verify the learning of them. Various tools and work materials specifically designed to measure these criteria have been elaborated below. Finally, each criteria item’s weight has been established and the most suitable context to apply each of the developed instruments. First, the developed system has allowed for the alignment and correlation of all of the elements of the evaluation process. Furthermore, the new system evaluates students with a set of resources and instruments that incorporate greater rigor and precision. Lastly all the people who collaborate have greater involvement in the evaluation and continue to progress in their formative nature.
