En este trabajo se analizan las discusiones orales a lo largo delproceso de toma de decisión en pequeños grupos, acerca de un problemaambiental abierto. Se ha estudiado en qué medida utilizan el concepto desostenibilidad, y qué diferentes significados construyen del mismo los dosgrupos que lo utilizan. Se ha analizado, asimismo, el papel que juega en elproceso el concepto de sostenibilidad.
This communication analyzes the oral discussions that tookplace among students in small groups making a decision about anenvironmental open-ended problem. This study focused on the use of thesustainability concept, and the different meanings made for it by the twogroups that used the concept during the discussion process. It is alsoanalyzed the role of the sustainability concept in the process, for thegroup that constructs an adequate meaning for it, and it is shown that it isused as a justification for one of the arguments, becoming the keystonefor the decision making process of this group.
