La modalidad híbrida: una alternativa como un nuevo modelo de aprendizaje

    Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Economía y Empresa de la Universidad del Norte sobre el desarrollo de materias en la modalidad híbrida, en el segundo semestre del año 2022. Fueron seleccionadas algunas materias que requerían la nivelación, pues existían muchos alumnos repitentes en las mismas; además de estudiantes que cursaron las materias de nivelación de materias pendientes en años anteriores, en un formato virtual.  El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado aplicado a través de Google Forms, cuyo enlace fue enviado por WhatsApp a los estudiantes y se obtuvieron 155 respuestas. Este instrumento contaba con varias preguntas para establecer aspectos relacionados al motivo de seleccionar la modalidad híbrida, el nivel del desarrollo de clases y su formación en el manejo de las herramientas para el desarrollo de las clases, entre otros. Luego de aplicar el cuestionario, se procedió a realizar el análisis estadístico respectivo donde se estableció que la mayor parte de los estudiantes posee medios tecnológicos para el seguimiento normal de las actividades a distancia, además que consideran que su nivel de usabilidad de los software y herramientas pedagógicas es de buena a muy buena. De acuerdo a la percepción de los estudiantes la preparación de materiales didácticos, la gestión de contenidos dentro de la plataforma y la destreza de los docentes es aceptable a buena y que más de 75% de los estudiantes volvería a cursar las materias en esta modalidad.

    The objective of this article is to analyze the perception of the students of the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad del Norte on the development of subjects in the hybrid modality, in the second semester of the year 2022. Some subjects that required leveling were selected, since there were many repeating students in them; in addition to students who took the leveling subjects of pending subjects in previous years, in a virtual format. The study is quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. A structured questionnaire applied throughGoogle Forms was used, whose link was sent by WhatsApp to the students and 155 responses were obtained. This instrument had several questions to establish aspects related to the reason for selecting the hybrid modality, the level of class development and their training in the management of tools for the development of classes, among others. After applying the questionnaire, we proceeded to perform the respective statistical analysis where it was established that most of the students have technological means for the normal follow-up of the distance activities, and that they consider that their level of usability of the software and pedagogical tools is good to very good. According to the perception of the students, the preparation of didactic materials, the management of contents within the platform and the skill of the teachers is acceptable to good and more than 75% of the students would take the subjects in this modality again
