  • Resumen
    • The present educational experience implemented seeks to express the importance of educationthrough emotions, showing the improvements that it can have in terms of the prevention of bullying and cy-berbullying. With the aim of analyzing the levels of bullying and cyberbullying in sixth grade students, wehave proposed a didactic proposal to reduce these levels, and achieve their reduction, prevention and/or elim-ination. For this, it has been thought that the area of Physical Education (hereinafter PE) is ideal for workingon emotional education, making a fusion between them forming Emotional Physical Education. The methodthat has been carried out is a longitudinal study, in which, based on three instruments, “ad hoc” questions havebeen elaborated, made to the participants. The results obtained have shown that after the implementation ofthe planned sessions, the young people have shown an improvement in their emotional control, as well as adecrease in the levels of bullying and cyberbullying. Likewise, it has been concluded that Emotional PhysicalEducation, which integrates cooperative and collaborative games, favors a better classroom environment, aswell as relationships between equals.
