In this study, we intend to present an activity for the oral dynamization of the students of the subject Catalan Language of the Teaching Degree. Based on the methodology of linguistic tandem groups, this practice aims to: on the one hand, improve and reverse, if necessary, the attitudinal component with respect to Catalan; and, on the other hand, to develop the linguistic skills of comprehension and oral expression in Catalan on any topic, both colloquially and, above all, formally, of the students of Teaching Degree. All the tandem groups (guides and guided students) meet 1 hour a week by a virtual session to talk in Catalan about the trendingtopic (we call like this the topic of interest) that plays every week and must be recorded during 10 minutes talking. This trendingtopic is associated with a list of specific vocabulary on the topic and a lot of grammatical elements (irregular verbs or periphrasis, for example) that should be practiced in the conversation. The tandem guide student receives a weekly evaluation rubric from the teacher, which gives an account of both the positive aspects and those that need to be improved not only from the point of view of language competence and proficiency, but also from the staging, treatment of the topic, etc.
