El papel del investigador universitario en el cambio educativo. Co-construyendo significados en una región intercultural

    ¿Cuál ha sido el papel del investigador universitario en contextos sociales vulnerables caracterizados por la diversidad cultural?, ¿la investigación educativa realizada en estos contextos considera los significados construidos por las personas al plantear un cambio? A partir de estas interrogantes se presentan reflexiones en torno al proyecto de investigación: Experiencias significativas en las relaciones docente-estudiante-comunidad en escuelas telesecundarias de la región intercultural HUSANCHA. La región intercultural de estudio comprende 10 telesecundarias, ubicadas en igual número de comunidades marginadas de Chiapas, México, en las que coexisten tsotsiles, tseltales y mestizos. Los habitantes de ésta han sido históricamente silenciados al proponer reformas educativas emanadas de un proyecto hegemónico que no considera las diferencias regionales. La indagación sigue un enfoque fenomenológico cuya metodología llevó a la recolección de 90 narrativas escritas por estudiantes de tercero de secundaria, así como entrevistas a docentes, para conocer sus experiencias significativas de aprendizaje que han trascendido a la familia, comunidad y región. ¿Cómo lograr que las voces de estos sujetos sean escuchadas? Contra posturas de reificación, técnicas y sistemáticas, en esta indagación se asume un posicionamiento que enfatiza la escucha y el diálogo con las personas en su contexto, reconociendo sus procesos educativos, deseos y necesidades, lo que devela el significado de lo social. Destaca la mirada reflexiva consciente fundada en un proceso horizontal-recíproco entre investigador y colaboradores (inter-sujetos colectivos) en la que todos se reconfiguran, reconstruyen y resignifican a partir de experiencias diversas culturalmente diferenciadas, lo que posibilita procesos reflexivos de cambio social significativo y sentido compartido basados en la dimensión intercultural-afectiva, el saber convivir, comprender su cultura y sentir, situándose epistemológica, política y metodológicamente in situ.

    What has been the role of the university researcher in vulnerable social contexts characterized by cultural diversity? Does the educational research in these contexts considers the meanings constructed by people to propose a change? From these questions reflections on the research project are presented: Significant experiences in the relation between teacher-student-community in telesecundaria schools from HUSANCHA intercultural region. The intercultural study region includes 10 telesecundaria schools, located in as many number of marginalized communities in Chiapas, Mexico, where coexist tsotsiles, tseltales and mixed-blood people. The inhabitants from region have historically been silenced when proposing education reforms emanating from a hegemonic project that does not consider regional differences. The inquiry follows a phenomenological approach methodology led to the collection of 120 narratives written by third grade high school students, as well as interviews to teachers, to know their significant experiences learning that have transcended to the family, community and region. How to achieve that the voices of these people are heard? Against reification postures, techniques and systematics, in this inquiry positioning that emphasizes listening and dialogue with people in context is assumed, recognizing their educational processes, wants and needs, which reveals the meaning of the social. Stresses the reflective and conscious look founded in a horizontal-reciprocal process between researcher and collaborators (inter collective people groups) in which every body re-configure, re-build and re-signify their self from diverse significant experiences, that allow reflexive processes of significant social change and shared sense based on the interculturalaffective dimension, know how to live, understand their culture and feel, standing epistemological, political and methodologically in situ.
