    La presente aportación es un avance de la investigación que se realiza en la Escuela Normal Veracruzana. En este momento, se encuentra en la fase en la que se indagan los saberes que los tutores ponen en juego al interactuar con los estudiantes a su cargo. Específicamente, en los periodos en que ejercitan las habilidades docentes que han desarrollado hasta el tercer año de su formación, que es el momento en el que se centra el estudio. En congruencia con los planes y programas vigentes, se reconoce el papel fundamental que tiene el acompañamiento que realizan los profesores de la escuela normal durante la práctica educativa en instituciones de educación básica para fortalecer las competencias didácticas de los estudiantes. Pero ¿qué significa acompañar a los estudiantes? Este concepto se ha retomado y construido a partir de la revisión de autores como Yurén (2005), Mercado (2013), Rodríguez Trujillo (2009), entre otros, definiendo como Tutoría en la práctica, al conjunto de orientaciones que un experto establece con un alumno normalista, a partir de la experiencia que desarrolla en instituciones educativas. Por lo que, de acuerdo con la información que hasta el momento hemos recabado abordaremos en esta comunicación, principalmente, los siguientes temas: en primer lugar, el papel de la tutoría; en segundo lugar la importancia del acompañamiento que hace el tutor en la formación de profesores en educación preescolar y en tercer y último lugar, el valor que dan los alumnos normalistas a la tutoría que reciben. El objetivo final que se persigue es determinar, por un lado, cuáles son los saberes que los profesores ponen en práctica durante el acompañamiento y, por otro, el papel de la institución formadora en el fortalecimiento de esta tarea que apoya a la formación de los futuros docentes.

    A partial result of an investigation applied in the Escuela Normal Veracruzana is presented in this paper. At this moment, the beginning phase is described to analyze what kind of professional knowledge is used by the training teachers to interact with the students. The study is focused in the third grade periods of practice, the students have to accomplished in order to pass to the next degree, because in this stage the students applied the teaching skills that they were learned during the previous years. According to the curriculum, it is important for preservice teachers the presence and the accompaniment of their training teachers in the practice schools in order to help them to develop pedagogical skills. But, what does accompaniment mean? That concept is established by Yurén (2005), Mercado (2013), Rodríguez Trujillo (2009), according to their ideas, we defined coaching in the practice field as the relationship that an expert teacher develop with a student, starts with the experience developed between teacher and student in the practice schools According to the current research, the topics presented are: at first place, the role of coaching; on second place, the accompaniment and its importance, given for the teacher to the student in order to improve the skills of the training student on preschool, at last, the value that give the students to the coaching they receive from their teachers. The aim is to determinate, firstly, what kind of knowledge is showed by the training teachers during the accompaniment, on the other hand, the role of the training institution on the strengthening the matter of help new generation of teachers
